Exceptionally well situated, close to LA BAULE, Batz sur mer is a small town built on the Croisic peninsula. The Residence Valentin Plage is situated 2km from the centre of Batz sur Mer. The four buildings that make up the residence are on the sandy stretch of beach, the "plage Valentin", south-facing and just at the foot of the coastal path. It offers a great variety of types of apartment ranging from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the 3-roomed apartment for 7-8 persons. The following are at your disposal: heated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September, fee-paying wifi reception point, fee-paying laundry and free outdoor car park.
