The “Les Jardins d’Azur” residence is located in the heart of a 3-hectare wooded park at the foot of the Estérel massif, in the residential district of Boulouris, approximately 150 m from retail shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.), approximately 700 m from Tortue beach, accessible on foot, and 20 minutes on foot from the Port of Santa Lucia (excursions to Cannes, Saint-Tropez, etc.).
The residence is made up of 150 accommodations grouped into hamlets with Provençal charm. The land, gently sloping towards the Mediterranean, offers a warm green setting (maritime pines, mimosas, oaks, palm trees). The immense sandy beach of Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël and its activities is located approximately 3 km away, accessible via the small Boulouris train station 500 m from the residence.
